The Contacts dialog is used to set up a new contact or edit an existing contact in the address book.

The Contacts dialog enables the user to track the following information for each email address:

  • Title
  • First name
  • Last name
  • Display name
  • Nickname
  • Email address
  • Alternate email address
  • Website
  • Work phone
  • Home phone
  • Fax
  • Mobile (cell) phone
  • Home address
  • Home city
  • Home state/province
  • Home zip/postal code
  • Home country
  • Business title
  • Business company
  • Business department
  • Business address
  • Business city
  • Business state/province
  • Business zip/postal code
  • Business country
  • Custom fields - 4 in total
  • Notes

Custom fields
Four custom fields are available for each contact. Field names can be changed, and can be unique to each contact.
